We are located in NYC and we only ship in USA .Orders will depart from NYC within 2 business days of purchase. We ship via USPS First class or Priority mail .If you have any special requests (extra insurance, signature confirmation) or would like overnight shipping, please contact us for a quote.We don't ship free .Please see shipping rates when check out .
We can not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. We do not issue refunds for unclaimed or seized packages.
Estimated arrival times vary by location. It normally takes 3 -5 business days for item to be delivered after it is shipped .Please note that estimated arrival times are not guaranteed by Taeg as it depends on USPS handling.
Return Policy :
If you are not happy with your purchase, Taeg Clothing will refund any purchase in within 13 days of the order date.
Items that do not have a major discrepancy in the listing are subject to 20%restocking fee. Due to the nature of pre-loved vintage items, all merchandise is sold as-found.
All Items are carefully observed before they are shipped ,therefore returned item will be subject of restocking fee mentioned above .
Please Note: Buyer is responsible for the cost of return shipping.
Process: Reach out to the store via e-mail email@example.com within 3 days of receiving the item and we will provide you with instructions for sending back.Item(s) must be sent back within 10 days, with tracking, and received in their original condition in order for a refund to be processed.Please allow 3-5 business days for refund to post on your card after item is delivered back to the store .
Taeg Clothing cannot provide exchanges for size or color on one-of-a-kind merchandise
