We are located in NYC and we only ship in USA .Orders will depart from NYC within 2 business days of purchase. We ship via USPS First class or Priority mail .If you have any special requests (extra insurance, signature confirmation) or would like overnight shipping, please contact us for a quote. We can not be held responsible for lost, stolen, or unclaimed packages. We do not issue refunds for unclaimed or seized packages.
