Vintage 80's long sleeve dress features a faint horizontal striped pattern with a ruffle skirt. There are shoulder pads attached as well but can be removed if desired. The back features a button closure (middle button is missing but creates a cute cutout feature!). Behind the wash tag, there is a tag that reads, "Int. Ladies Garment. Workers Union. Union Made. Made in the USA."
